the big thing to remember is nothing will work for you like hard work and determination. which you seem to be on track. now like creatine, glutamine can help with protien synthesis and what you have to figure out is it worth the money to you cause they may not work like steroids but they do work better than nothing at all.

^ Good advice. Things like glutamine, BCAAs, fish oil, etc. are all good for maximal protein synthesis and overall good health/joint health/CNS health, and all that.

Creatine, protein, multivitamin, and fish oil are the only things that any one needs. Have to remember that you get big out of the gym not in it. Diet is everything!

Just stick with whey and vitamins. Eat up lift heavy and you'll grow fast you don't need anything fancy like pre workout or anything else at this point.
