I want to get some good conversations going regarding the best supplements you've ever taken.

This thread is about the best Creatine supplement you've ever used.

What's the best creatine supplement/product you've used?
What's the worst?

I have limited experience outside of creatine monohydrate. Creatine mono works so well for me that I've never really had a reason to experiment with other creatine products.

I take creatine mono straight up in a small swill of grape juice, and my pumps are insane. I also gain strength and weight.

i too like Monohydrate, it is cheap and has always worked well for me.

i also have used some other creatine products, but i like Green mag by controlled labs.. it is also realitively inexpensive for the servings you get.... but i still like mono the best

I've been taking NOW Creatine Mono (thing its NOW or something that sounds like it). My weights seem to have been going up easier over these two weeks.

i know its only two weeks, so not a great help, but just putting in my 2 cents.

i have had some bad pumps though from it, but no other sides.

The only Creatine I have used is MRI CE2. I have one more dose left. I don't like it. I am going to buy me a mixable creatine next. CE2 is very over priced. It isn't worth it.

That's the kind I use. Works kick ass for me. Brutal pumps but good strength gains.

I had creatine Mono for a while, switched to Con-Cret and haven't looked back...

It is a bit pricey, but I have seen pretty significant gains from it in the past few weeks. Dr. Stoppani at M&F really likes the stuff, and he is a pretty reliable/credible guy from what I've read of his work.

CE2 Did nothing. Mono works great in general. The Jury is still out on the Ester

Some day I'll try ester just to see if it comes close to mono for me.

Never heard of that supp...might have to check it out and do some research.
