Wasn't sure about whole eggs until I came on MAB and was pointed in the direction of some good research. Now, I eat 2-3 whole eggs a day and more on occasion. They are also a go-to food if I need a snack and there is nothing else in the house. I eat large eggs which have 8.3g protein each (according to the nutritional information anyway) and I can get 15 for £1.50. 83 grams of protein for £1, not bad

I'm pretty anal about my eggs, so I have to stirr them the whole time while they're cooking to make sure they don't over-cook in any areas. I also use butter because olive oil changes the taste significantly. If you cook them the way I do, I'll eat them all day. If you cook them the way I used to, I'll never touch them. The key is stirring it the whole time and knowing when to pull it off the burner.

I eat eggs every day. I am gaining because of eggs. I do not buy this.

Same (though strength, not size) and agreed. I've heard that lifters in India and other such areas are major fans of eggs.

I eat eggs everyday.
I usually use them to omelette/pancakes, most of them are white only. I really love eat whole eggs with bacon. I think it's going to be my next meal today
