Default Cheap pre workout sup ideas
being as i am a broke teenager i cant afford to waste my money on inferior crap, and im wanting to try a preworkout supplement. So guys i need ideas, i've tried hyper shock from myogenix (awesome stuff but too expensive for me right now), and im looking at dymatize xpand xtreme pump

If you want to go cheap I would say just get some pure caffeine, that is the cheapest way. If I was doing this I would also have some honey for even more energy and a quick sugar burst to get you going.

As far as the mainstream pre-workouts I have pretty much tried them all and I truly believe that Jack3d by USP Labs is far superior to any of them. It is only 35 dollars at gnc and it is the best pre-workout I have ever used.
