sometimes i just down a Monster drink! can also grab some straight caffeine pills..but i also agree the superpump is a good product as well....

I used to drink those Monster Java. I thought they tasted pretty good. I also will used instant coffee as a pre workout when I run out and don't have the money to buy more right away.

this ones form Muscle mag. i have never tried it myself but I can see that it should do close to the same thing as the expensive stuff. If you buy this in bulk it would be cheap. I just mean a bottle of each. I haven't checked muscle and brawn to see if they carry these products. If not I would check out puritan pride they have cheap things like this.

Anyway

1 scoop whey protein (you should already have this)
3-5 grams arginine (I would say 5)
5 grams BCAAs
1.5-3 grams beta-alanine (start at 2 then go to 3)
5 grams glutamine

add water stir and consume. You could also throw in some yohimbine and caffeine if you wanted to. I used to buy glutamine everytime I bought protein. I would just mix the bottles together right off the bat.
