I like Animal Pak. I know it's a more expensive but it's really the only supplement I spend cash on other then creatine.

I use a multi-vitamin called ultimate men's multi made by one source. I buy it at wal-mart for $7 a bottle of 60 caplets. I has many vitamins and minerals and also a few amino acids.
