I have tried andraulic for about 3-4 workouts so far. Nothing too noticeable. However, may last few workouts have been in the early morning(unusual).
Any do's and don'ts with this stuff? any suggestions?

Yes, I have always taken preworkout ona fairly empty stomach. when combined with a monster or rockstar, I feel some boost, but not by itself.
