I'm still reading the article and watching the vid, and will post up my thoughts and more details when I'm done.

I know for a fact (even before I joined the forum) MAB was calling BS. I was really hoping Biotest/T-nation could prove MAB wrong.

For $345 you can have ~1 month worth of their miracle supplements.

God damnit. I hate sellouts.

The claimed radical hypertrophy gains and that people could notice CT was significantly bigger and leaner....yet no before and after pics to back it up.

Another piece of bullshit, CT didn't have any Anaconda for 2 weeks and he continued to train 3 times/day, 6 days/wk. He was so incredibly inflamed, burnt out, and overtrained, that he couldn't possibly make it to his next session. BUT!! His Anaconda showed up just in time! He took 1 serving, and overnight he woke up with NO soreness whatsoever!! AND, he had never been more motivated to train!!

Fucking. Garbage!

This is the biggest B.S. hype product ever. T-Nation has lost a lot of credibility on this. They must be desperate for business. This reeks of snake oil.

What's wrong with plain old whey and fish oil?

Keeps my inflammation in check. and a helluva lot cheaper!!

That's the thing AC. I love, love, love learning about training. T-Nation has been invaluable to me, moreso then Get Big, BB.com, etc.

But at some point they decided to jump the shark and take the money and run. It's not that I dislike T-Nation. It's just that this is yet another link in a chain 50 years old.

I think their training protocol is interesting. But $345 a month? Sweet Jesus, man. I'm far from perfect. But I know neither of us...me, or you AC would ever do this to another human being. It's almost SDI-Labs like.

Yes I agree with you.. My main question is what exactly is anaconda? Mixture of what? Read the label of what's in it but I honestly don't under what it all means or what kind of supplement it's supposed to be like..by the way I rather spend $325 on some frickin food!

That's the best point made so far.

Imagine how much food you could get for $325 a month....whole milk, almonds, on and on and on.

I know man, I would be all up in costco buying everything in bulk

BTW, I really still have no clue what "The Anaconda Protocol" is. Anaconda is a supplement, I believe. Maybe you "need it" to maximize the training.

"Anaconda" is beta-alanine, citrulline malate, PeptoPro, & creatine pyruvate with a bunch of electrolytes.
