So Anaconda was released, and it turns out that it's a mix of "leucine-rich" hydrolyzed casein, citrulline malate, creatine, beta-alanine, and of course electrolytes.

I am thinking:
-65% PeptoPro
-15% L-Leucine by the pound
-10% Creatine
-10% Citrulline Malate

-Add electrolytes
-Buy beta-alanine seperately (though honestly it makes more sense to me to do a few doses of beta-alanine throughout the day; I've not heard of any benefits particular to having it periworkout).

That would be about 20g protein, since they recommend consuming it with Mag-10 whatever, so 10g from Anaconda and 10g from the other product.

Hahahahahaaha. I was catching up with Nate Green's blog and he had a post about the supplements he takes. As suspected, he mentioned anaconda. I had to vent a little. Whoops!

The Mack-Daddy of all supplements, Anaconda is a complex blend of casein hydrolysate (a super fast-acting protein), citruline malate, creatine 2-oxopropnate and beta-alanine. I used this to get through all the horrendous (and fun) training at DeFranco's gym and have been taking it every time I train for the past few months.
