did body fortress change their formula, i tried it about 3yrs ago, and hated it, but now im seeing alot of glowing reviews, may give it one more go

Body Fortress at WalMart is good and well priced. A tidbit I picked up here. Thanks.

Favorite protein bars are Met-RX. Also use Clif, not as many grams of protein, but a good snack food.

The vanilla tastes plain, the chocolate isn't the best, and I really like cookies and cream. I mix with water.

They aren't exactly the best tasting, but for $14, you can't beat them.
