Remember, the kitchen is the second manliest room in your house, it has fire, and sharp knives. Here is a little bit of my work. This was made from scratch, and it's good! Recipe will follow later.

Good thread GL. I'll post a recipe or two when I wake up.

I had seriously considered getting my "chef's license" or whatever the eff they get.
Think about it.... A personal trainer, certified dietician, with a chef's title. That just screams trainer for athletes/celebs/rich people. I need to get some more of my recipe's on video. |

Me, I pull an Iron Chef and whip up a tasty meal. I'm sure you're the same way.

Pretty much. Didn't hurt that I started cooking at a restaraunt at age 14.
Now, it's not so much that I don't enjoy it, it's just time consuming when you have to prepare 3 tons of food for the week. Now I keep it plain and basic. I'll cook something fancy from time to time just to keep the "skills" active....and for when a lovely lady wants to come over. Man that cooks = Panty dropper. |

Cooking fulfills an artistic creative part of me. I like to play music but I have to work hard at it. Cooking is a more natural freeform outlet. I still study, and work to aquire good skills, but is is easier for me than music.
I would also like to attend one of the large Culinary schools, but they are way expensive. I can get a pretty good education with my own studys though. |
