Looking For Creatine Recommendation from MAB members
Which creatine do you recommend?
I haven't taken creatine in years (many, many years) but thinking about it again. I'm not up to date on the current companies or products at all, so thanks for any info. (I did search "creatine" but too many results). THANKS! |
Dymatize mono, affordable, reputable company. But there are plenty that are fine

I started taking creatine again about 2 weeks ago, first time in about 10 years. I got some Creapure.
Talked to a few guys in chatbox who said that was a good option. Not really sure what effect it's had to be honest. |
Oh, if you order from muscle and strength, use the link on MAB, cause then 10% goes to MAB ;)

I'm a big fan of not paying more than you have to for something. If you're just looking for a creatine monohydrate, something like a storebrand should be sufficient. I use the GNC stuff. I think I paid like 19.99 for it. Currently off of it because the PWO i'm taking has it's own creatine.

No loading is necessary.

I use optimum nutritions micronized creating mono hydrate. It is inexpensive and effective. I take 5 grams every morning upon waking and 5 grams post workout. I do not load. I do not follow in hard and fast rule for cycling. I tend to not run it more than 2 or 3 months at a time. This is usually because I intend to try another supp and want to stop the creative to gauge the other sups effectiveness.
Whatever kind u decide on make sure it is micronized and preferably creature. |
Optimum nutrition micronized 5g. a day on workout days.
|
I use Concret Creatine from M&S. No loading. No need to take it on non lifting days. Take one hour pre training. It costs a little more, but I think it actually works. I can tell a difference if I don't take it.
