Have you ever had flat iron steak? Wife got the steaks behind the meat counter at the local grocery store. Let me tell you they were the most tender steaks ever. And no fat on them either which pleased the wife. If you have never had this cut, you should check them out. Awesome.

Have tried bison burgers lately...not bad, but pricey... Found grass-fed beef for 2/3 the price

Flat iron steaks are great if you do not over cook them. Great texture and flavor.

Yum I love them. I am not worried about fat content, I just like how tender they are.
