Any other suggestions? They do not eat dairy.

Goes without saying, any/all types of oils (esp. olive oil and coconut oil) for that matter.
Also, whole olives, shredded coconut, sesame tahini EDIT: Earth Balance spread is a vegan friendly, high fat, dairy free option - I've tried it and it's not half bad! Last edited by linedriver465; 01-15-2013 at 09:54 PM. |

This is going to sound stupid, but I have been vegatarian for a while now and when I want to gain, I eat peanut butter and jelly sammiches

Doesn't sound stupid at all. I imagine with a natural peanut butter and a non-white flour bread it's not a bad option.
