Honestly, I have never really thought about what to mix it with, I just mix it with what ever I am drinking at the time. Though the one thing I like about con-cret is that mixing is not an issue.

i use mono-hydrate and i normally just mix it in with my protein.... works for me

Never heard of this before. I guess if it was true it would have to do with the acidity in it, but I do not think that it is a problem.

I don't see why not, I think the natural sugars in the orange juice will probably help the creatine absorb.

I don't think it matters really. Just make sure you take 3-5 grams a day.
