Default Supplements for the joints

What would be a good supplement for me to take for my joints in my knee? They are stiff and sore and just feel like they are getting old but I'm really not that old. I have been lifting for about 10 years and am not sure if that has something to do with it.

my short list would be
fish oil (for joint mobility+fighting inflammation)
collagen (renews damaged tissue) other benefits of collagen muscle tone, healthy joints+bones most people tend to think of collagen as a beauty product but it has far more benefits... i would prefer it over glucosamine+chondrition

hope that helps

Try Flexible from Formutech Nutrition. It has all of your staples: glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and also has Cissus which is normally sold separately. It works very fast and I highly recommend it.

I would look into causes for soreness in the gym. You're doing something which is messing you up, figure out what that is.

I have been taking Glucosamine 750mg and Chrondroitin 600mg x 2 per day for many years now and I no more have any pain. My understanding is that while Glucosamine is the supplement of choice, it is suggested that this be along with Chondroitin in order to acquire the full advantage. But It may not work for every one.

I've been taking AAEFX Joint Rehab, it has done wonders for the pain in my shoulders and knees. Back to lifting the big weights. It didn't seem to help much for my tendinitis in my elbow. I recently started taking Cissus, it seems to be helping a little. Good luck
