Did you know that Pectin is really good for you? It will stick to your arteries and clear them out. My sisters doctor told her that. I guess it is true that an apple a day will keep the doc away. Apples have pectin in them.

Great news. I enjoy jelly on sandwiches a few times a week. I guess I am eliminating that choloresterol as well.

Great news to hear. I enjoy jelly often enough. Good that jelly is good for something.
