PreWorkout (I train 30 minutes after waking up):
10-12 counces of OJ with 1 scoop of vanilla whey Tastes like Creamsicle Weekend Between Meals: 3/4 cup Frozen mixed berries 10oz milk 2 scoops vanilla whey 1/3 cup oats tablespoon olive oil Blend.

300ml or more of milk and 4 raw eggs and a banana or chocolate powder then in the blender for 1min.

Welcome. I stick to vanilla whey because is allows me to mix it other flavors without things tasting gross.

My Protein Chocolate & Nut flavour x 2 scoops, 300ml milk and 50ml of double cream. My god it tastes amazing!!! (Like creamy peanut butter) Originally bought the cream for coffee only to discover that I HATE cream & coffee. Still, I ended up with this insanely delicious shake which will be useful when I eventually start to gain a bit of weight in 2013.

I'm boring. I use milk and water for a 20oz shake, and then I add protein powder, usually chocolate. That's pretty much it.
