Just had a piece of the most amazing cheesecake ever. A turtle cheesecake with lots of caramel. Anyone have a recipe that would be somewhat healthy for me to make of this?

You could look for a tofu and banana style cheesecake online, there are a few recipes.

Yup. I made a healthy cheesecake last week. It was so good few people ate the other pies on Thanksgiving.

BTB I will have to try that. I love cheesecakes so much but they are so fattening and not good for you. Will make for the next gathering for sure.
