Well, if it's of any help, I just read about their use in anti-ageing cosmetics and I guess if that's the case they're sold en masse, as such, openly available not illegal etc; I assume, that would be the case for all peptides but couldn't say.

Legal, yes. Provided you use them as research instruments. They are clearly marked, "Not for human comsumption", and there plenty of sites that have specific section dedicated to peptides, along with AAS, PHs, etc..
Not illegal to buy, possess, or discuss, again though, in a research minded convo. Saying your "monkey" doesn't respond to GHRP-2 openly is a a bit shady. Not to mention someone, or some monkey that doesn't respond to GHRP-2 probably didn't have it dosed properly.
