Depends on what it is. I do not care for frozen green beans so I always buy them in cans. Love frozen corn though.

I n my humble opinion- Fresh beats Frozen ( although not by much ) Frozen beats Canned.

Frozen. They just taste a lot fresher to me than canned. I will eat canned but never buy them for myself or the family.

Either for me. I will eat pretty much any veggie. Prefer to have fresh but that is not always an option.

I always buy canned and low sodium if I can. If not whatever is on sale works for me!
