Default If you were going to take 3 supplements ?

If you were going to take 3 supplements only what would they be ?

I have only ever taken ON gold whey and would like to try some more supps.

After a protein powder would creatine and a carb powder be the most productive ?

Creatine is certainly worth a shot. My list of prioritization is:

Whey
BCAA drink
Multi
Fish Oil

I also keep the following on hand and use them occasionally:

Sleep aid (Bullet proof)
Taurine (for muscle pumps)
100% Beef aminos
Acidophilus
Pre-workout

I can't use creatine because it gives me brutal pumps.

I am a stickler though, I believe that if you don't have your body balance and getting the vitamins and nutrients you need then you're not helping your body any more by buying these additonal supplements and powders. I may be the minority on that view but get your body in check before you go spending awful amounts of money on the next big powder to come out.
