Eat
Sleep Train Eat a well balanced diet and there is no need to supplement a single thing. Track a food log on Fitday.com or Livestrong.com and see where you are deficient. Simple fruits and veggies added to the diet can fix any need for a multi which doesn't absorb worth a poop and you simply piss your money away. Get plenty of rest cause plain and simple you cannot recover properly without it. Train your ass off when you hit the gym. Those are the three supplements of Life to be taken seriously. |

Just another bit of advice i would like to throw out there is before anyone goes out and spends the money on a supp don't just look at the possible benefits if you truly absorbed all of it. Supplements don't just automatically 100% absorb into your body. Vitamins don't just absorb into the body. For instance there are fat-soluble and water soluble vitamins and in both cases they will not absorb to the human body unless taken under the right conditions. As it sounds a fat-soluble vitamin will not absorb to the body unless there is also fat present in digestion at the time of consumption. Same with water-soluble and needing water. Also without proper enzymes in the intestines there are multiple supps that won't absorb properly. Many people have seen that when they check the label of a multi-vit it has %'s well beyond the daily recommended dose. This is because of the absorbtion rate to the body. Just because it says you are getting 300% of what you need doesn't mean you truly are. Most of that is hitting the toilet. All excess water-soluble vitamins are disposed of via urine. This is only the case in supplemented form. The human body DOES distinguish between pill supplement and whole food. Any pill form supp will not have a true absorbtion like a whole food period. Do some research to make sure your supp is not just bein flushed away. Fixing the diet through whole foods will always be the best solution due to high absorbtion and no risk of overdose.
