Default soya protein should it be avoided

How good is soy protein? the reason i ask is because i have heard it can raise estrogen levels in%

Soy's effects on estrogen are negligible. The only valid concern i have seen recently is that is inhibits trypsin, preventing you from absorbing protein. Anecdotal evidence suggests this may also be incorrect.
