I remember hearing once that sleeping in a cold room helps with weight loss. I pull that card out every time my wife complains about the bedroom temperature.

From a physics standpoint this all makes sense, of course, but I'm sure the heat loss also increases our appetite.

That's funny! We both like a cold bedroom, warm bed, so it's great...window open in winter, well, all year actually.
