Never had buffalo before. But this pizza sounds delicious. Will have to try it sometime.

Hum sounds sort of good to me. I would think that you could also switch the bison out for maybe ground turkey or beef?

Yum this is making me hungry. I could eat a few slices of this right now. The bison sounds quite tasty.
