I don't. Thats just a CYA for the companies. If you have some sort of medical condition, it might be good to talk to your doc, and always be sure to list supplements when they ask what drugs you are taking. Its rare, but sometimes it may matter.

Have never asked yet but if a person were on a lot of meds or had a specific medical issue, it doesn't hurt to ask; you have to remember as well, that some people are on vits from their doc's so more of the same in a multivit could be an issue...that's the time to ask your doc.

Something to note, it may be useful to do a little research with it before you go ahead start taking all your stuff together.
Example, for years I was taking my vitamins/supps in the morning with my Metamucil(psyllium husk). A couple month ago I found out that should never be done, and can actually have some nasty consequences. Needless to say I stopped, but if someone never brought it up I wouldn't have know because I never asked.
