Desserts
Since I am going to start lifting I figured it would be a good time to start eating healthier as well. I love my desserts and can not give them up. What are some of the healthier desserts if there is such a thing?

Ricotta Mousse
2 cups ricotta 8 oz cream cheese 3/4 cup splenda 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tbsp vanilla I'm a low carber, but you can de-fat and up-carb it by using sugar and low far versions of the cheese. Couldn't comment on how they taste that way though. Alternatively, add chocolate protein powder instead of sweetener and cocoa |

Easy and healthy...Dark chocolate almond brittle.
Melt dark chocolate, pour over almonds. Done. Healthy, amazing. |

Sludge!! Protein powder mixed with a little bit of water, frozen blueberries, and peanut butter! soo good!
