the rehabs are only 20 cals per can. I dont really get anything out of them, they just taste so good...

I work at a hospital and we did an experiment on how much your blood pressure spikes. There's a guy I work with that consumed 2 a day...
Lets just say... he stop drinking them that afternoon. Rehab is awesome and I used to drink 8oz with 8oz h20 & vanilla isolated whey during a cut on year. |

When I still drank alcohol I used to put back some Monster and jagermeister.
Having said that I wouldn't touch them. They have a lot of bad side effects. I know of some companies that are actually considering banning there employees from drinking them on the job because the harmful effects they have on the cardiovascular system and on the ability to maintain hydration.

I use these drinks sparingly. There are times when I go without sleep for 2-3 days at a stretch. Could be some crazy road trip, or could be an experiment I wanted to run in the lab. These are the times I use energy drinks when I start feeling drowsy. They work ok, and I haven't ever had any negative effects from them - none that I could fathom at least.
But then, as I said - I use them sparingly, to prevent falling asleep and screwing up badly. Never ever tried them on a daily basis. As BTB mentioned, just too expensive for me. And yeah, just like Big Josh, when I go with Jagermeister, I usually add in some red bull. But not being a regular drinker, even that's once in a blue moon. |

I'd say I average 1 x 250ml can per day but that can be as many as 4 on a bad day especially if I am driving far.
Same as the others, very partial to Jaeger and Red Bull, my poor heart and liver
