Is this bodybuilding supplement any good?

I am 173 cm tall and i weigh about 83 kg.I know I am over weight but I am currently in the muscle gain phase (will start to diet soon after i gain enough muscle to define my body). I am using Myplex Delux as my protien shake with a high carb/protein diet and i want to know if Myplex is anygood in muscle gaining if used as directed. thanks

Any protein powder can be beneficial. It's more important to focus on your overall calorie and protein intake. Without those two in line, nothing else will matter much.
