Is Olive oil good for bulking?
I heard that if you take olive oil straight it is good for bulking. I do want to bulk up a bit so is this a good option for me? If so how much would I take of it a day?

I don't advocate drinking olive oil. Use olive oil or butter on your salads and meats. No need to drink it. Olive oil, red win vinegar, salt and pepper make a very tasty salad dressing.
It you need calories, add cheese, sour cream, whole milk, etc. Don't drink olive oil. Why torture yourself? |
I'm with BtB, I love it on a salad mixed with vinegar or dipping bread in it, but I wouldn't just drink it.

I heard Dave Tate say he used to put it on everything during bulking. Like a pizza topped with olive oil.

This is all really good info to know. I hate how oil tastes, but if someone told me to drink it to bulk up I would. I am glad that there are other suggestions though as it sounds really gross.

Poured olive oil on my tuna today as I was out of mayo and didn't feel like making more. It was as terrible as it sounds.

theres a lot of good oils out there. fats are good for you when you cut or bulk.
