I really do not like the taste of water. Is there anything good that I can add to it to improve the taste so I will drink more? I worry about getting dehydrated sometimes.

I like to take a drop of Robinson's concentrate diluted drink in my water. Getting soluble Vitamin C tablets and placing them in water is also an excellent way to get your fluids and vitamins

In addition to all of the above suggestions, you could also try adding ice cubes...simple but effective, it alters the flavour of the water. Or do a mix of both, add some lemon juice, as suggested above, and then add ice cubes as well.

I use lemon juice or crystal light...all of a sudden, one day water tasted like s**t to me, almost never drink it straight since then.
