True.. But, in general, for a majority of the people is one favored over the other.. 40/30/30 or 40/40/20..

My view on this now after seeing Bend The Bars response which I liked, is to just eat alot of protein, and let the fats and carbs take care of themselves. Or, i'll just try to get in as much carbs and protein in every meal and whatever fat I get from that meal counts as fat.

I favor a PCF of 45/5/50 or somewhere in there. though I really need to stay out of the pizza, I dont even want to think what my ratio was yesterday.
