5kgLifter is right, but I think salmon is one of the highest in fat in general and especially in omega 3.

You might also look for some barramundi, Australian Sea Bass, also a great source of O3 and a white fish if you prefer a lighter taste. Also, choose "wild caught" over "farm raised" if you can. I heard recently, " it is no longer 'You are what you eat,' but ' you are what they eat.'

Well fish is a rich source of omega 3, I recommend you Salmon. It is best fish for omega 3 and also other essential nutrition.

Tolopea is cheep as tuna but "wild NOT farm raised" is better than tuna nutrition wise.
Everything listed is great for Omega-3's and if your not a competitive bodybuilder or p/l any of them are great. Don't over think it if your a non competitive lifter/bber. The little difference between them won't change anything for you. If it would, I would recomend Kangaroo meat or bisson as it has more omega-3 than any fish.

Each type of fish has its positives and its negatives. Tilapia is cheap and a Grady source of low fat protein. Salmon is higher in omega 3s. Read up on what works for you.
