From what I'm reading, nutritionally it's about the same or slightly less.
Not sure if that helps. All I got of Facebook was one non-answer... You own a dehydrator?

i do not have one at school but my mom was thinking of purchasing one so she asked me to try to get some information and i could not find it through searching. I still think it is a pretty good idea.

if you're worried about losing nutrients, don't. It won't be enough to matter. What is beneficial is the water that is present in most fruits and veggies. Again, not a big loss if you(like most of us here) are drinking plenty of fluids. dry it up and eat
