Default Best condiments to use

Does it really matter what condiment you use? I love ketschup but someone told me that there is a lot of sodium in it. Is this true? I use it on everything but also worry about how healthy it really is for one.

read the label if you're worried about your foods. Personally, I would worry that Ketchup has more sugar per ounce than a Coke. As for sodium, we need a certain amount each day to be healthy, going over or under isn't ideal. However, unless you are using huge amounts of ketchup and eating refined foods with extra salt on them, I wouldn't be overly worried about sodium intake.

^Yep; OP, condiments are just flavouring which, in theory, means you use a lot less of them than your actual food group selections which is probably where you should focus real changes on as they will have more impact.

I would say that as long as you are not using a huge amount of it, you will be fine.

I like to put Bacon on a lot of my foods. I really enjoy the smokey woody flavor it imparts.
