It is a vegetarian form of the healthy EFA's made from flax seeds.
You can mix it in your shake, yogurt, or just take it by the spoonful.
but *DO NOT COOK WITH IT*
Keep it refrigerated.
It will spoil get rancid if it is stored in room temperature or hotter or exposed to heat (i.e. cooking)
