What makes a food "clean"?
Whats your definition of "clean" foods?
|
The basics: bread, rice, meat, fish, potato, vegetables, fruit...
|
Things that come from the ground or grow, or things that roam the earth, including their eggs and milk. Within reason, of course. Certainly we're not going to eat a Poison Ivy salad, or consume "schrooms" every day.
These foods can be lightly processed, but should be free of additives or preservatives if possible. And that's not always possible. Dirty foods to me are primarily the white poisons, overly processed foods and fake foods such as margarine and chicken nuggets, etc. |

Fish, clean.
Fish sticks, dirty. Peppers, clean. Poppers, dirty. Any questions? |

I ate clean. And then for second meal I eat dirty sometimes.
Life is a balancing act. Somewhere in the middle I fell over. |
