i eat anywhere from 6-8 meals a day. have too. eating clean is a lot of dang food.

Depends. I generally prefer smaller meals, and so eat more of them throughout the day. But sometimes I don't have the luxury so I just chow down on bigger ones.

Usually 4 meals a day...Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and dessert.

Probably the way nature meant it. Eat a little bit when you're hungry. Watch a child. My 4 year old will grab a box of Goldfish (or whatever), pour some in a dish, sit down and nibble for a bit, then run off and play. Come back later and finish the rest. We don't push her too hard at the designated mealtimes, because she fends for herself throughout the day.
Several small meals seems best to me.

I'm okay with either; I've eaten as few as 4 meals and a couple of snacks, to 5 meals and 5 snacks, and then eaten all day long as well with no break. It depends how much I need to eat, what I'm doing etc.

When lifting I have always eaten 6 times a day. My current meals though won't seem like meals to most folks, because they are only protein and fish oil. I then have one to two meals at night. Dinner, and second dinner.
