Indeed. You see so many people these days, at a healthy weight mind you, go after 'low calorie' foods and then run on a treadmill for 15 hours a week to 'burn off' all that evil fuel for your body...and then they wonder why they are frail and without energy.

Just like gasoline, some of us are bigger fuel-guzzlers than others.
