I will give you a few tips that will have you well on your way to BIGness...
#1. Squat! #2. Squat deep. #3. Squat for low reps. #4. Squat for high reps. #5. Squat twice your bodyweight (eventually). #6. Eat a LOT of good wholesome food. |

Squat Bench Deadlift Power Clean Overhead Press Eat a lot. Before you begin adding lots of weight to your lifts, be sure you have the form down. You want to lift heavy and lift correctly. Eat a lot. Not really sure how small you are, but if you aren't gaining weight, eat more. Steak, pork chops, potatoes, eggs, anything you can get your hands on, eat it. You'll grow.

Everytime you sit down to eat, ask yourself "did this used to breathe?" If the answer is yes, eat a ton of it.
get on a beginner strength program and follow it to the letter. Eat even more than you ever thought you could, then lift heavier the next day. Learn good technique on your lifts. Set good short term and long term goals. There I just gave you 5 solid pieces of advice.

Train for strength/progression and EAT! It takes time, and is an uphill battle, but you will see results!

Eat plenty but don't go overboard so much that it's merely fat gain
Do barbell complexes Use plenty of compound moves
