Default Abs training

I've been reading around and it looks like I should add in some ab work to keep things in balance. I never have really liked ab work, don't think I've ever been lean enough to show them anyway.

So what sort of ab work would be good to add in?

I like weighted ab training or using challenging moves, endless crunches are mind numbing for me. Here's the exercises I rotate through:

Standing cable crunches
Kneeling cable crunches
Janda sit ups
Weighted planks (plates on your back)
Leg raises
Ab rollouts using barbell or ab wheel
Dragon flags

Yeah I do them with bands too. I like jandas for rep work as well.

Rollouts and dragon flags are REALLY hard so I don't like them as much

I forget what they're called but do you remember the ones Rocky did in part 4? Whole body levers or something, I liked them when I was lighter.

I do kneeling cable crunches on a bench - they let me use alot of weight and i do them for 10-20 reps.

A new favorite is incline situps while being hit in the gut with a heavy medicine ball, its brutal and really learns you to contract your abs under tension.
