I'm currently doing a full body routine of compound lifts with constant set and weekly progression. I've read it's good to switch things up, but I also really like my current routine. Thanks

Switching things up is a commonly misapplied concept in muscle building. It tends to get pushed around that confusing a muscles is important, even if progress is being made. While it certainly can be useful for more experience lifters who already have built a quality amount of muscle and strength, it's nothing to be concerned about right now.
Right now the best thing you can do is continue to get stronger in standard hypertrophy rep ranges, and stay persistent. This will work magic during the first several years. So, if you like your current routine, stick with it and start at the weight you used last. I always get stronger after a week off.
