Default Rest

I just wanted to post a quick tip. You need to have sufficient rest in order to get bigger. If you do too many sets you will cut your recovery time and you may be fighting a losing battle because you will be decreasing your chance at the results you want.

In this statement however, it again, depends. Depends on the person and their specific workout routine in question. "Too many sets" has to be more defined and put in to proper context.

Best wishes to your continued success.
