Hi, I'm 5.8ft and 143 pounds. Not quite skinny.. I wish I can have a nice body shape.. Anyone can suggest some good workout programmes for me?.. Thanks. A 3 days split routine will be more preferable.

Well, any of it will work just fine; The ideas behind them are more important than the actual routines. I started with the Christy type stuff. Can't go wrong with that and the articles posted explain everything really well.
