Default Continues gains

Some of the biggest things over looked or never mentioned in making gains is knowing the body and ego.

By this I mean learning your body and the difference between good pains and bad pains.

EGO, when you have bad pains listen to your body and back off a little.

Missing a week or two is better and more gains potential than pushing threw and messing your self up to the point of surgery or months off.

So if you hurt in a bad way, leave you ego at the door and be smart about it and take it in the chin till your better.

You will come back stronger and over the coarse of time it will lead to more gains.
