Ding Ding Ding...We have a winner. Nothing makes you more hungry than a tough squat or deadlift session.
I would add that doing the squats and deadlifts with high reps will increase their effectiveness for a bulk. 20 rep breathing squats and breathing deadlifts bring the hunger! |
