Rule 2 - If you REALLY must do close grips they have to be ÜBER close, fingers touching in the middle of the bar, false grip and very light weight.

Rule #6- Since squats are bad for your knees, you should instead use the leg press. Afterall, your ego boosts with a 800lb halfway down leg press, than with a proper back squat!

Rule #7- Since the bicepts make up more of the arm than the tricepts, you should train the bricepts specifically with lots of curls. I heard if you bend over and do your curls it will hit the lower bicepts muscle harder.

Rule 8: the bench press, performed correctly, is a two-person movement. The spotter's hands must stay under the bar at all times during the movement.

By alternating which person is on the bench, a bro-training partnership can effectively work delts, pecs and tris (bench presser) and traps/biceps (spotter).

Top tip for spotters: don't forget to shout "it's all you" when it isn't.

LMAO. ^ This one should be on the front page.

I've got another one.

Rule #9- Train only using high reps, and buy every supplement you can find, because supplements will turn fat into muscle no matter how much you eat, and high reps build size low reps only build strength. Low reps make people fat and ugly.
