Thinking your 10% Body-fat at the start of your cut by the Fancy hand held tester when in reality you are like 20%. So cutting regiment is all off and you brag about being 4% show day when you 8% and still need 4 weeks of cutting.

I'm glad this was mentioned, because I know a bro who claims to be negative 3 percent bodyfat. This same bro claims he has deadlifted 640lbs at 165 and he can't bench 200 to this day.

I'm guilty of this but I were a glove to protect my wedding ring. I think I'd get less crap about the gloves vrs only one glove.
