Pieces of equipment
I am just starting to do lifting. I have 4 kids and my wife works full time as do I. Plus she is doing part time school. So I would rather work out at home since if I do not I have to find a sitter. What pieces of equipment would be the most beneficial for me to get as just starting out?

#1. Olympic Barbell and 300 lbs of Olymic Weights
You could get a very effective workout with just that one peice of equipment. |
